1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing or using Doply, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use Doply. If local law requires parental consent, you may use Doply only with valid consent from a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
- Protect your password and device access.
- Do not share, sell or misuse accounts.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
4. Nature of the Doply experience
Doply is a virtual entertainment and simulated ordering application. It may display restaurants, menus, products, movies, cinema seats, wellness services, prices, appointments, order tracking and confirmations to make the experience feel realistic.
These interactions do not create a real purchase, reservation, delivery, appointment or contract with any displayed restaurant, cinema, shop, salon, service provider or brand. Displayed names, images, prices, availability and progress may be illustrative, licensed, sourced from public or provider data, or generated for the simulation.
5. Virtual wallet and credits
- Doply credits are virtual, have no monetary value and are not legal tender.
- Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, products or services.
- Virtual wallet balances and usage limits may be reset, adjusted or discontinued as part of the service.
- Completing a virtual checkout does not charge your bank account and does not create real-world fulfillment.
6. Subscriptions and paid digital features
Some plans or features may be displayed as unavailable, preview, coming soon or subject to separate activation. Doply will not direct users to an external payment workaround for digital features that must use an app store's billing system.
If paid digital features become available, the price, renewal terms, cancellation process and applicable platform billing terms will be shown before purchase.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use Doply for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs or data.
- Interfere with the service, overload it, reverse engineer protected components, bypass limits or introduce malicious code.
- Scrape or copy substantial parts of the service except where allowed by law or written permission.
- Misrepresent a simulated Doply confirmation as proof of a real purchase, ticket, booking or payment.
8. App content and intellectual property
Doply's software, design, branding, original text and related materials are owned by or licensed to Quadix Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship unless expressly stated.
You retain ownership of information you submit, while granting us the limited rights needed to host, process and display it to operate Doply.
9. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features, virtual content, balances, limits or regional availability. We aim to keep Doply reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
10. Suspension, termination and deletion
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse or comply with law. You may stop using Doply at any time and may request account deletion from the app or through the account-deletion page.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, Doply is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service is for entertainment and is not financial, medical, therapeutic, purchasing, ticketing, delivery or booking advice or service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quadix Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use Doply. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the operator of Doply, without limiting mandatory protections or remedies available to you under the laws of your country.
